However, some items may not be eligible for return or refund. This includes special or custom orders, including tutus, boutique dresses, flower girl dresses, personalized items, monogrammed items, dated items, furniture and other select items. Items postmarked after an event date will not be accepted for return. Please pay close attention to ordering instructions and return policies in each product.
When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. SweetandSassyGirl.com is pleased to accept returns for unopened, non-personalized, & non-custom, & non-dated items up to 30 days after you receive your order. You must contact us within 30 days from the date the item was shipped to be eligible for a refund. Items after that date will not be accepted for return. All items must be in new, unused condition with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. Please submit all return requests by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
When contacting customer service (877)425-7921, please provide your order number, name, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Please clearly mark this RAC number on the outside of all packages being returned. All returns must be returned in their original product packaging, and shipped to the address below. We must receive the returned item within 10 business days of issuing the RAC number. Any packages sent to SweetandSassyGirl.com without the RAC number clearly marked on the package, or more than ten (10) days after RAC number was issued, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the sender's expense and another RAC will have to be issued. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
If your return qualifies, you will receive a full refund for returned items minus the cost of shipping. Returns are also subject to a 10% return/restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded.
Personalized Items: Items that are personalized may not be returned. If the item is defective, you must report the defect within 10 days of receipt of your order. SweetandSassyGirl.com will replace the item at no cost to you. If there is an error on the personalization that is the fault of SweetandSassyGirl.com, the item will be replaced at no cost to you. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your item. If the personalization on the item matches the personalization information SweetandSassyGirl.com received on your order, the item will not be accepted for replacement. If the item has been discontinued and cannot be replaced, a similar item will be substituted.
Defective & Damaged Products: If you receive any product from SweetandSassyGirl.com that is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, SweetandSassyGirl.com will immediately exchange the unusable product for you without charge. A digital picture may be requested to validate the claim.
Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is missing items please contact us immediately. SweetandSassyGirl.com will be happy to supply any missing items if they are reported missing within 10 days of receipt. Please check your shipping confirmation email first. Some orders will ship in multiple shipments.
Non-returnable: All personalized, dated, Hand Stamped and monogrammed items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales are final on these items unless defective or damaged during shipment. Return requests submitted after an event will not be authorized since we cannot guarantee that the items are unused. Returned items post marked after the event date will not be accepted as returned.
Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior authorization by the Returns department may be subject to a 25% return fee as well as a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees for unauthorized returns are forfeit. Customers may not be contacted regarding unauthorized returns. No refund will be given until the customer contacts us. Unauthorized returns on non-returnable items may be disposed of. SweetandSassyGirl.com reserves the right to deny any return.
Cancellations, Changes or Modifications
Please contact us right away if you need to make any changes or cancel your order. Once your order has reached our order center, it cannot be cancelled or modified.If we are able to cancel the order before it goes into production you will be charged a cancellation fee of $5.00.
Product Availability / Backorder
If your order includes backordered products, your order will ship when the items become available.
